Encapsulating decades of design evolution, the GEL-1130 sneaker pays homage to the ninth iteration of the GEL-1000 series.
The 2008 stability running shoe was inspired by the GEL-KAYANO 14 sneaker, with a similar aesthetic to its flagship model. The original materials of this retro shoe have been updated with synthetic leather overlays for a more modern look.

Plus, the comfort of this traditional running shoe is reimagined for the road, with GEL technology in the rearfoot for all-day cushioning.

Late 2000s look: Synthetic leather overlays and mesh underlays retain the traditional upper design of the 2008 shoe.
The main upper material is made from over 20% recycled materials.
The solution-dyed insole helps reduce overall water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45%.
