The shipment is made by express courier: delivery times are between 24 and 72 hours. Animasportiva will refund you using the same method used by the customer for payment (Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer; bank transfer will also be the method of refund for cash on delivery payments) in the shortest time possible, and in any case within 14 days from the moment the customer is informed of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

It is understood that the costs of returning the product to Animasportiva shall be borne by the customer.
