The product is found as soon as we receive the order and the shipment is prepared as soon as we receive the payment or the request for cash on delivery.

The shipment is made by express courier: delivery times are between 24 and 72 hours. It is understood that the costs of returning the product to Animasportiva shall be borne by the customer.
