Dream K è una benda elastica adesiva utilizzata per bendaggio neuromuscolare propriocettivo, meglio conosciuto come kinesio taping. Il kinesio taping è una particolare tecnica di bendaggio che si basa sui principi della medicina occidentale e trova applicazione soprattutto nella medicina sportiva, traumatologia e ortopedia, ma di recente anche in estetica (face taping e bendaggio drenante).
